These terms apply to every purchase from www.part-liner.com, operated by PART LINE ("we", "us", "our"), 3/1 Carysfield Road, Bass Hill NSW 2197, Australia. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your country that cannot be excluded.

Products

PART LINE is a cosmetic root touch-up powder. It temporarily conceals regrowth and washes out with shampoo. It is not a hair dye and does not treat hair loss or promote growth. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Colour on screen can differ slightly from the product; if you are between two shades, take the deeper one.

Ordering and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are shopping in and include GST or VAT where applicable; any import duties or taxes on international orders are your responsibility unless shown at checkout. We may correct pricing or listing errors before dispatch and will contact you if that affects your order. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or a pricing error, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Subscriptions

If you choose "Subscribe & save", you authorise us to charge your payment method at the interval shown (every 4, 8 or 12 weeks depending on the pack) at the subscription price until you cancel. You can skip a delivery, change the shade or interval, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, with no fee. Changes take effect from the next scheduled delivery; an order already processed will ship. Subscription pricing applies only while the subscription is active.

Delivery

Delivery terms, carriers and charges are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address.

Returns, refunds and the 60-day guarantee

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are single-use unless stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless we say so. Welcome codes apply to a first order only.

Intellectual property and site use

Everything on this site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to PART LINE or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You may not use the site for anything unlawful, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Consumers in other countries keep the protection of their local mandatory consumer laws.
