PART LINE ("we", "us", "our") operates www.part-liner.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are based in New South Wales, Australia, and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where they apply to you, the UK and EU GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and Canada's PIPEDA.

What we collect

• Order information — name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, payment details (processed by our payment providers; we never see your full card number), and what you bought.
• Account and subscription information — if you subscribe, your delivery schedule and preferences, managed through Loop Subscriptions.
• Device and usage information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site, and how you reached us, collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
• Marketing information — your email address if you join our list, and how you interact with the emails we send.
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, and to manage any subscription you set up.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your messages.
• To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To show you advertising on other platforms and measure whether it works, subject to your cookie choices below.
• To detect fraud and comply with our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with services that help us run the store, and only what each needs:

• Shopify hosts our store and processes checkout. Shopify's privacy policy.
• Payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay) process your payment.
• Carriers (Australia Post, UPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, NZ Post and their partners) receive your name and delivery address to deliver your order.
• Loop Subscriptions manages subscription schedules and billing.
• Klaviyo sends our emails and stores your marketing preferences.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and similar advertising platforms, through their pixels and APIs, to measure and target advertising — only where you have consented to marketing cookies.

We do not sell personal information. Some of these providers are located outside Australia (including the United States and the EU); by using our services you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: essential (keeping your cart and checkout working — these cannot be switched off), analytics (understanding how the site is used), and marketing (measuring and targeting advertising, including the Meta Pixel). When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and checkout may not work if essential cookies are blocked.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, port it to another service, and withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by emailing Hello-partline@outlook.com; we will respond within 30 days. Residents of the EU, UK and California can also use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer. If you are unhappy with how we handle a request you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or your local data protection authority.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as required by Australian tax and consumer law (generally seven years), marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and analytics data in aggregated form.

Children

Our products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
