We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia from a local facility in each region, so nothing crosses a border on its way to you and there are no import charges to pay on delivery.

Subscription deliveries

Subscription orders ship free in every region regardless of order value. Your renewal is prepared two days before the billing date and you will get an email before payment is taken, so there is always time to skip, delay or change shade.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves the facility. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will replace the order rather than open an investigation first.

Address errors

Tell us within two hours of ordering and we can usually correct the address. After dispatch we cannot reroute, but if it returns to us we will resend at no cost.
