Where we ship

Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. Prices at checkout are shown in your local currency.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on any order of two months or more. Single-stick orders pay a flat delivery charge: A$11 within Australia, and the equivalent of A$20 to the US, UK, Canada and New Zealand, shown in your currency at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You receive the tracking number by email the moment it leaves us, and again from the carrier. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees; they can stretch during peak periods or severe weather.

If your parcel goes quiet

If tracking has not moved for five business days, or shows delivered but you do not have it, contact us and we will replace the order rather than open an investigation first.

Duties and taxes

Prices include GST in Australia and VAT in the UK where applicable. Orders to other countries may attract local import duties or taxes on arrival; where these are not shown at checkout they are the recipient's responsibility.

Address changes

Email Hello-partline@outlook.com with your order number as soon as possible; we can change the address up until the order is dispatched.

Subscriptions

Subscription deliveries ship on the schedule you chose and follow the same delivery rules; a subscription pack of two months or more always ships free.
